UPDATES TO HIPAA NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES
Effective September 23, 2013
As a requirement of the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), Gates Family Medicine has updated its Notice of Privacy Practices. The updated policy can be found posted in the waiting room of the office. Additionally, it can be seen within the "Our Office Policies" page of the Gates Family Medicine website. If you require a copy of the updated policy, you may request a print-out at your next office appointment.
